Process Assignment #1
Three sites I could see myself volunteering at are Meals on Wheels, The Samaritan Center, and Peace Inc. The one that is most interesting to me is Meals on Wheels. Meals on Wheels provides meals for people who are unable to leave their homes due to illness or age and who can't cook for themselves. The meals provided are nutritious and low-cost as well. I've been working in food service for several years now, so I could do some of the cooking. Unfortunately I don't drive or own a car, so my volunteering would be limited to kitchen work.
I think this would be the best fit for me because I know my way around a kitchen fairly well. I've also come into contact with the elderly in my work, and I get along with them. Even though I might not meet the meal recipients when working in a kitchen, it would still be nice to know that I was helping them out. However, they also do meal delivery, which you do not need a car for, and I could do that as well. Meal delivery people ride along with the drivers and actually deliver meals to the door. I feel that I could use my people skills to make the meal recipients' day brighter. This would be good for me since it would not involve working with large groups of people at one time, as I am not too good at that.

8:31 am - Odds and Ends

Well lets see, I'm awake today because I forgot to write in my journal last night. One thing new is that I finally got my instant messengers up and running. I have so missed the ability to use them. So I spent my time last night catching up with people. I am so glad that the site, meebo.com, works. It's pretty cool haveing all of my messengers up at once. I also saw the movie Hostel last night with a freind of mine. I'm still not sure wether I liked it or not. the first half of the movie was pretty much all sex and the rest... Well, I'll let you see for yourself. Well, thats about all for todays post. Untill next time!

Well so ends another day at the crazy world of working in a glorified conssesion stand. It went pretty smoothly i suppose. Other than that I'm just working on useing color again. I don't know why I stopped but it was pretty stupid of me. Thats about all I have to say for now. Later!

9:55 pm - Subject of a Point

Ahhhh once again I submit myself to the crowd of maybe one or two people who actually look at my site. While Siri goes around killing things in the other room with a pimp cane, I will sit in here and glance over from time to time when she goes on a killing spree or makes the car fly forty feet into the air! Ahhhh classy.
Well only recall things of interest today are the following:
1) I went and saw Casanova with my sweetie today. It was a really good movie. At least we thought it was.
2) I bought new shoes today! Their shiny and halfway up my legs and their GREAT! *pant pant pant* Anyway that just brings us to...
3) I found that my former roommate threw away a thirty dollar ham... I don't think anything else needs to be said on the matter. I will however need to speak with her at some point to...resolve this...problem...
Well I've never been one for long winded conversations, so for now I'll end it there. That and I'm going to hand off the computer to Siri in a few. LATERS!

Well here I am again writeing random stuff in this random place at this godsforsaken time. What can you do though. So I sit here thinking about the various things I see from my very limited view of the world. Mostly work, slightly annoying but just shy of provokeing a response. Like quitting and finding a better job. I'll just stick it out untill it gets to a point where I just cant stand it any longer, then i'll just find some place that makes more money for the hassle of doing it. It's not too bad though. Sometimes its a bit dull, and others its near psychotic, but all in all I end up leaving in mostly the same way that I always do depending on how long it takes management to look it over. I still dont see why THAT is needed, like I want to hear how I screwed up from two people. Of course, I will only hear it from one cause the actual managers could care less, and the only one who really cares is the first shift people who fix up whatever I left undone. I'd like to think I do a good job. Then there are my three co-workers. First off theres my manager who acts more along the lines of the den mother, not that thats a bad thing seeing as how she brings in food for us. Then theres the rather loud know-it-all that likes instigateing people...alot... it can get irritateing but at least she does her job. Last but not least if the chatterbox who if given the chance will talk your ear of as if its her mission. She also likes pokeing people, and kicking people, and snapping them with handrags.....or maybe its just me... well thats all I can really think of, so I guess I got it all out. Hope I didnt bore too many people. Y'know...in case a good amount of people read this...*sigh*

hello all you cyber kidlings out there, it is time for my nightly why the hell am i still awake rant. The most imediate reason being none... as you can see I am just stupid. Oh well at least i have the company of a glowing screen in front of me and some cool toons to play at high volume that are being played at low volume cause its butt early in the moring. speaking of I shoud prolly get sleepieness fixed as well... i do hope those of you that care will not fault me for the horrid setup and use of punctuation and grammer not to mention spelling. bah! cant be bothered with it for i am too sleepy to care! RAWR! oh by the way babers huggles when you read this.

Hello all you happy people out there! Or is it just myself that even looks at this page anymore... oh well. Soul Calibur 3 has been owning my soul for the past few days. Or is it going on a week and a half now... hmmm oh well. At any rate I have had myself absorbed into the game for a while now and am now coming up for air. been moving from the apartment too since my freind and mines roommate kicked the both of us to the curb. Who knows why and I don't even care anymore. I just want all this to be behind me, and the only thing that's really kept me going is my occasional visiting of my love and absorbing myself into the world of work and video games. This is probably not the best mood-setter for an artist....oh well. I really want to rant about something but I don't really have any topics, nothing that would make any sense to anyone other than myself because thats the only thing I can think of. Between this whole messed up situation and not being able to do anything about it I'm just stressed and tired. I might also need to actually get a decent amount of sleep at night so I can function normally and not have there ginormous dark circles under my eyes. I need to lie down...

Hey! I know that I dont update often but here I am! Not much has been happening though. Mostly it's been a work, home repeat kinda thing. I see Feather every now and again though, and that makes me feel better. We will get to see eachother more often soon though, so thats good. Anyway, I think I'm gonna go get somethin to eat. Well I think the second time I try to post this it will work. For one I know it takes me a while to respond on these things, you know, not bein used to it and all. Second, elf hair roxorz my boxorz. Seriously, I love it.(thanks hun!) Among other thing that happened today the short is like this:

Four plyer games get really boring when your the only player

Good eating habits need to be trained, and last but not least...
Feathers are still the best people to be around(warm fuzzy feelings abound)

Well here I am yet again demonstrating that I too can write! YAY ME!!! Other than the normal of waking up when my roommates go to sleep I now have FULL ACCESS TO THE INTERNET!!! Mwahahahaha!! So of course I have to do what any normal Quinn would do and resume my efforts to clog up the computers memory with anime music videos. Well that and catch up on all those webcomics I've been missing the past few months. *shudders* Dial-up is sooo evil..... The only thing worse is being cut offline entirely, but luckily we can afford cable once again! *cheers and jubilation ensue* Well thats about all for now, so I'm going to go work on my storyline for my comic. Wish me luck!

Well ok... hmm... This is my first attempt at haveing a journal, and I really dont know what to say at the moment. I guess i should start by saying that I am Quinn. Sometimes I am also called such things as Quinnifer, Q, Quinn Kitty, The Artist Currently Known as Quinn, Pathion, and even a zombie. Quinn likes being a zombie. GRRR ARRRGH!! Yes, zombies are fun. Well, apart from basic info which is covered elsewhere, all I can really say is that potato peelers can be used as WEAPONS OF DOOOOOM!!!!!! Thats right! DOOM! I learned a valuable lesson that day... Which is to never trust the mischievous Jew when he says to fight to the death over a potato peeler. At least I didn't have to peel potatoes, though I did have to deal with a bleeding thumb for a couple hours. Not fun that is.... Its healing now though so I guess its ok. Not that I feel any smarter for being the Jewdars marionette. Oh well... I think I'll go read my vampire book now. Laters!
